The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as we’re always up to something new and exciting.
Sacred Connections is an outdoor retreat to assist with the facilitation of personal, energetic, and community healing and wellness. Centered around a loving and safe environment for everyone to be heard, seen, and honored as themselves even in their vulnerable experiences. We promote and facilitate healing on emotional, spiritual, and mythical realms so that it assists the soul in transcending the physical constraints. We are located just outside of Jacksonville, Illinois.
No matter your skill level or understanding, you are welcome!

This year's theme is "Returning to Sacred Authenticity", a transformational experience specifically curated to burn away the old programming, beliefs, and past. Tearing down the old structures and patterns you've built your life upon. Deep in the rubble we will assist you in uncovering the true gems you hold and remind you that you have always carried a divine spark within.
Returning this year will be somatic breathwork and the cacao ceremony. However, there will be many new beautiful events, including a group regression meditation!
Marcia Harmon will be returning this year! Keep checking back for more introductions to come!
This years retreat is geared towards opening up the most sacred parts of you and how to find them within. We aim to help you remember that we are humans believing truths instead of the noise of others. We can take our power back and still be compassionate, loving, and courageous. That self-love, self worth, self-esteem is not something to be earned but to be carefully gathered in the wellsprings of your heart, tended to, and allowed to overflow.
This year we will introduce many more techniques and experiences to bring out the real you! Feeling seen, heard, valued, and honored will become second nature.
Please reach us at gypsywingsncelticroots@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The total cost is $250, including a one time nonrefundable deposit of $150. This $150 covers the costs for us to provide the best experience for you. We try to keep the retreat costs down so that people from all walks of life can join us. Feel free to contact me if other arrangements are needed.
If for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund any payments made, except the nonrefundable deposit of $100.

Meals are bring your own. Please bring your lunch, dinner and any snacks you will need. We will have a fridge for everyone to use, dedicated solely for participants' meals and snacks. We left a large lunchtime in case that anyone would like to get take out or drive through at any of the restaurants Jacksonville has to offer. You are welcome to order early and go pick up anything. However, the address where the event is at is not one that anyone delivers to.
We will have bottled water on site for everyone to drink! If you would like anything besides water, we invite you to bring that as well. While we would love to offer a potluck or buffet kind of meal in the future, we are doing this in the case of allergies or food aversions,

From a young age, I was criticized for believing in the “impossible” and magickal realms, never knowing that others couldn’t see them. As I grew up I learned to set my sights on school and get my head out of the clouds, that didn’t stop the fae or otherworldly creatures or spirits from trying to get my attention. However, the older I got the more their interactions became fewer and fewer, because I quit looking for them. On the chance that I encountered an earthbound spirit, I then interacted from a place of fear.
As I came into my awakening, I found what others refused to work with ‘tricksters’ and misunderstood beings. I’ve always fostered a love for the misunderstood and wyrd (weird). Nature, animals, and Magick runs through my veins.
It was only natural that shamanism attracted me, a nature based and natural love of animism, honoring the sacred interconnected energies of everything and walking between worlds. I traversed the long road to healing through the pits of breaking free from the status quo and the understanding of emotional intelligence as their effect on our bodies. In this, I have learned to aid others in processing heavy emotions to find joy in the present (not to be confused with the mundane).
